The opportunity

Make every listing ready for the customer.

A customer should see the right product, variant, image, price and availability wherever they shop.

You will manage day-to-day catalogue execution across ecommerce marketplaces and the Heelium website. That includes creating listings, maintaining variants and content, updating inventory and resolving listing issues.

You will work with creative, operations and marketing to keep information consistent and follow issues through to a verified fix.

How we work

Ownership is visible in the details.

High agency

Notice the problem, propose a next step and keep progress moving without repeated follow-ups.

Accuracy & follow-through

Check the details, document what changed and verify the result before closing a task.

Ethics & low ego

Be honest about mistakes and results. Protect customers and quality, and welcome feedback.

Practical improvement

Fix recurring problems with clear checklists, ownership and routines that people can use.

Your scope

What you will own.

Listings & catalogue quality

Create and update titles, descriptions, attributes, images, sizing and variations. Check that every option describes the product a customer will receive.

Inventory & price updates

Keep availability and approved prices current across channels. Coordinate with operations to investigate mismatches and reduce avoidable overselling or lost availability.

Website merchandising & QA

Maintain product and collection information, links and merchandising updates. Verify selectors, images, prices and purchase paths after changes.

Channel issues & reporting

Investigate suppressed listings, upload errors and catalogue inconsistencies. Track support cases, owners and next actions, and verify resolution on the customer-facing page.

Real work, real decisions

The problems you will walk into

  • A listing has stock but is not buyable. You inspect its status, identify the blocker and follow the case through to a verified resolution.
  • A colour selector shows the wrong image. You trace the variant mapping and check the remaining variants after correcting it.
  • Marketplace and warehouse inventory disagree. You reconcile with operations before updating availability across channels.
  • A launch is approaching with incomplete images or attributes. You make the missing inputs visible, prioritise essential fixes and check the final listings.

What good looks like

Accurate listings. Fewer avoidable gaps.

Your first 90 days

Audit the catalogue, learn the channel workflows and SKU mapping, establish a reliable update checklist and resolve the most important listing and availability issues.

By six to twelve months

Listings stay accurate across channels, updates are checked before and after release, and issues have clear ownership. Catalogue and inventory problems are caught earlier and repeated errors are reduced.

What you bring

  • Hands-on ecommerce marketplace or website catalogue experience, with examples of listings or updates you personally managed.
  • Comfort with product variants, SKU mapping, image requirements, inventory files and spreadsheet-based updates.
  • Attention to detail and a habit of checking the customer-facing result instead of stopping at a successful upload.
  • Clear written follow-ups, practical problem-solving and ownership of issues across teams and support channels.

AI-generated answers will be filtered out. We are hiring you, not adding a subscription. Write in your own words and use your own experiences and judgement.

Set aside 20–30 minutes for five sections: your background, ownership and accuracy, marketplace and website experience, practical scenarios, and working fit. Concise, specific answers matter more than polished language.

  1. Apply with evidence

Bring a CV link and relevant examples of your individual contribution. Anonymised examples and approximate figures are welcome.

  2. Discuss the work

If shortlisted, walk through a catalogue problem you solved, how you verified it and how you would prevent it recurring.

  3. Confirm mutual fit

Discuss expectations, working arrangements and how you would contribute before moving forward.
