We accept the return of unused products within 5 days of order delivery.

To return or exchange, all items must be sent back to us in their original, unworn condition with tags intact and the original product packaging in order to be eligible for a full refund. Items not sent back in the requested state will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please use a reliable courier service for return.

Once we receive the items, a refund will be initiated within a period of 2-3 working days via bank transfer or UPI.

For Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal COD handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Terms & Important Notes:

1) We do not provide a replacement as a result of incorrect use, normal wear and tear, fading as a result of UV exposure, or damage caused by external factors such as stones, water, fire, etc. Some items like bandanas, underwear, vests, masks, etc. are non-returnable due to health and hygiene reasons. Please check the product pages for details.

2) For exchanges, if the requested size is not available, we will refund the applicable amount to your card/bank account/wallet.

3) Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled midway. In such a case, please refuse the delivery. In case you have received the order, please follow the return process as mentioned above.
