ABOUT THE PRODUCT

1. Why do you use Bamboo Fiber?
Bamboo has several advantages over cotton and other fibers - being more breathable, durable and thermoregulatory. Bamboo Fiber is also anti-microbial and resists the growth of odor-causing bacteria and the product feels fresh even after multiple uses. 

Additionally, from a sustainability point of view, bamboo is the world’s fastest growing grass, requires no pesticides while growing, absorbs greenhouse gases and releases 35% more oxygen than hardwood trees. It's a better alternative to most other natural fibers, like cotton, that are prone to pests and require a lot of chemicals that are harmful for the environment. Most artificial fibers, also made using harmful chemicals, end up in landfills and pollute the groundwater and environment.

 2. Why do you use Polyester Fiber if it’s not sustainable?
We are all in for using sustainable fibers and fabrics, but at the same time are saddened by the amount of plastic waste created by consumers and organizations alike. Our aim is to prevent non-biodegradable plastic waste from ending up in landfills or our water bodies by simply giving it a second life. Our recycled polyester t-shirts can be further recycled and reused. If you can’t kill it, reuse it.

3. What are the care instructions for the products?
We recommend that you wash both Bamboo and Polyester based products in cold water and hang dry. Use detergent that isn’t harsh on the product fabric but still cleans well. We do not recommend ironing but if you decide to iron, do it at a low setting and do not iron the reflective strips wherever present. We have found that most of the products do not require ironing at all and wrinkles, if any, go away after a wear.

1. What are your payment methods?
You can choose to pay via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking or Wallets.

2. Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Yes, we do. But only on orders above ₹499. However, the amount is subject to change and COD availability depends on the pin code provided by you.  

3. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only serve in India but we're working on adding international shipping services soon.

4. What is the delivery time of each order?
Quick and timely deliveries are important to us and we typically dispatch all orders on the same or next day of order date. However, delivery time may vary, depending on the pin code of your location. Typically, it takes 3-5 working days to reach any operational pin code in India but we try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

5. I placed an order online but have not received an email confirmation yet. Has my order been received?
In such a scenario, please check your SPAM/BULK folder. You should receive an email confirming your order within 10-15 minutes of placing an order online. We advise you to add our email address support@heelium.in to your contacts list to avoid our emails ending up in your SPAM folder. In case of further queries, please drop us a line at support@heelium.in or call us at +91 8698 001 003. Our team is there to help you from Monday - Friday, 10am - 6pm.

6. I want a specific set of colors in my order. Would it be possible?
Yes. Buy the right quantity of pairs that you want. Mention the exact colors that you want in the Comments option while you are checking out. Additionally you should also mail us at support@heelium.in the exact colors.
For example: You want 9 pairs (5 Black, 3 Blue, 1 Grey). You can purchase 3 x Pack of 3 Grey. And mention the pairs you need i.e. (5 Black, 3 Blue, 1 Grey) and also mail us the same.

7. What is your return and exchange policy?
We do accept returns and exchanges. Please check the Returns page for our refund and exchange policy.

8. How long does a refund take to be processed?

For orders that have not been shipped, the refund process will be initiated immediately. For orders that have been processed, the refund would be initiated immediately after the product has been received back at our facility. Refund would be credited to the account used to make the payment.
